NATIONAL RIGHT TO LIFE ENDORSES JOHN KENNEDY FOR SENATE IN LOUISIANA

Published on

National Right to Life today announced its endorsement of John Kennedy (R) for election to the U.S. Senate in Louisiana’s December 10 runoff election.

“John Kennedy is committed to the right to life and unborn children. He will be a fighter for the unborn in the U.S. Senate,” said Carol Tobias, National Right to Life president. “John Kennedy will help solidify the pro-life majority in the U.S. Senate. We are proud to endorse John Kennedy for this essential U.S. Senate seat.”

John Kennedy is committed to legislation that will protect unborn babies. John Kennedy will block federal funding to the nation’s largest abortion provider, and he will vote to prevent taxpayer funding of abortions.

Benjamin Clapper, Louisiana Director for the National Right to Life Victory Fund, stated, “John Kennedy, as he shares at the top of one of his key election ads, believes in ‘protecting the unborn.’ We applaud his pro-life leadership and look forward to working with him in the U.S. Senate to protect human life.”

Tobias continued, “While Republicans control the U.S. Senate, it is only by a slight margin. For pro-life progress to be made under President-elect Trump, it is imperative that we have John Kennedy in the U.S. Senate. Louisiana voters cannot forget the importance of their vote on December 10th.”
