High time to peel back the veil and to expose late-term abortions for the horror that they are

I remember when I was a radio reporter, listening to an abortion advocate talk about late-term abortions.

She indicated that they were extremely rare and were only performed to save women’s lives.

It was only later, when I started doing independent research about the subject, that I learned that the majority of late-term abortions involved the healthy babies of healthy moms. At that point in time, it is obvious to anyone with eyes to see that a woman is carrying a baby—a baby who should, by rights, be allowed to be born.

I believe this is an important message to get out to people. The general public has not studied the issue of abortion in-depth. Their base of knowledge may be formed largely by the news media, who take the word of Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion operation, as Gospel.

If a state’s Constitution is changed to indicate no limits on abortion, we reasonably can expect the late-term abortion rate to climb. Tragically, there are abortionists who are willing to ply their trade without any limits. The only thing stopping them is the law.

Late-term abortions are the abortion industry’s dirty little secret. It is high time to peel back the veil and to expose late-term abortions for the horror that they are.
