The National Right to Life Committee has thrown its support behind Cynthia Lummis in her bid for a seat in the U.S. Senate from Wyoming

The National Right to Life, the nation’s largest pro-life group with affiliates in all 50 states and over 3,000 local chapters nationwide, has given its endorsement to Cynthia Lummis for election to the United States Senate from Wyoming.

“We at National Right to Life are delighted to endorse Cynthia Lummis for election to the U.S. Senate,” said Carol Tobias, president of National Right to Life. “Cynthia Lummis has a perfect 100% pro-life voting record from her time in the U.S. House of Representatives. She supports some really kind and compassionate proposals to help unborn children and their mothers avoid the pain of abortion.”

Cynthia Lummis served as the representative for Wyoming’s at-large congressional district from 2009-2017 and has a lifetime 100% pro-life record.

Cynthia Lummis is a big supporter of the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act. This legislation would protect unborn children at 20 weeks, which is a pretty important point because at that point, the unborn child is capable of experiencing a lot of pain when being killed by dismemberment or other late abortion methods.

Cynthia Lummis is also a big supporter of the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. This Act would ensure that a baby born alive during an abortion is treated with the same care and compassion that would be given to any other child born at the same gestational age.

Cynthia Lummis is passionate about protecting all innocent human life and believes that taxpayer funding of abortion providers is wrong.

“Cynthia Lummis is dedicated to protecting all human life and is committed to strengthening a culture of life throughout the nation and in the U.S. Senate,” said Tobias. “We’re so excited to work with Cynthia Lummis to protect the most vulnerable members of our human family!”
