In an exclusive interview with a local newspaper, a nurse revealed that she believes angels are watching over the patient.

The initial positive development is that a one-day-old infant found hanging in a plastic bag from a fence in the Philippines on Monday by a trash collector is alive, according to the Daily Mail. Several individuals have already expressed interest in adopting the infant.
The distressing footage captured by onlookers shows the infant, barely conscious, inside the bag hanging from a fence in Lapu-Lapu City in the Philippines.

“At first, we were uncertain as to whether the infant was alive or deceased,” an onlooker, Rheene Lee, informed the Daily Mail. “We were unsure of the appropriate course of action, and then someone proposed that we contact emergency medical services.”

Paramedics transported the infant to Lapu-Lapu District Hospital shortly after 10 a.m. on Monday morning.

‘He was very weak when he arrived but he is strong now. There is a smile on his face.

‘He does not know about his sad start to life, but I am sure that he will be blessed with a good future with wealthy parents who love and protect him.

‘We do not have a name for the boy yet. But many people have heard his story and have made inquiries about adopting him.’

Additionally, Ng posited that the deceased was under the protection of celestial beings.
The discovery of a female school uniform blouse and a pair of bloodied shorts within the bag led authorities to conclude that the mother was likely a young teenager. Aldersley reported that the uniform in question is worn by public schools in grades 7-10 in the area, which would place the mother’s age between 12 and 16 years old.
