Who wrote the following?
“…human life is fundamentally and inherently valuable, and that the intentional taking of human life by private persons is always wrong.”
Who supported conscience rights in two cases involving Obamacare mandates?
Who dissented from a ruling that blocked a state’s ban on funding for Planned Parenthood?
If you said Judge Neil Gorsuch, President Trump’s nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court, you’re right!
There was a time when a Court nominee expressing these values and legal judgments would have been universally applauded.
That’s because these core values go back to our nation’s founding: Every human life has value. Every person has conscience rights. We shouldn’t be forced to fund evil.
Judge Gorsuch not only holds these American values, but he has an extraordinary resume. He was confirmed unanimously to a U.S. Circuit Court seat in 2006. In ordinary circumstances, he would breeze through to confirmation to the Supreme Court.
But these are not ordinary times. Pro-abortion Democrats have vowed to block his confirmation. They’re expected to filibuster, to character assassinate, to twist the truth. We’ve seen it before.
Battle lines are already being drawn. National Right to Life sees 10 states as key, states where we need to generate huge numbers of calls, letters, emails, and constituent visits to swing U.S. Senators, who ultimately will decide whether Judge Gorsuch is confirmed to the Supreme Court or not.
We are veterans of these battles. We have a network of about 3,000 local chapters across the country that can be activated now. We just need your help to drive home the message that the grassroots must speak up now . . . or risk losing a Supreme Court seat, as we have tragically seen in the past.
Please support these vital efforts by contributing to the National Right to Life Committee today. With the largest pro-life grassroots network in the country, we can quickly bring tens of thousands of voices to bear to let the Senate know America wants this qualified, honorable man to serve on our highest court!
