No matter how much he touts his “common man” persona, Senatorial candidate John Fetterman is radically pro-abortion and out of step with the times

My mother and father both had blue-collar roots. One of my mother’s ancestors was a member of the United Mine Workers Union. My father’s father was a barber by trade. Throughout my childhood, my parents taught me to champion the cause of the working man and woman.

They were Reagan Democrats who unapologetically cast their votes for pro-life Presidential candidate Ronald Reagan. He spoke to them in a way that other candidates did not. Although he had achieved Hollywood royalty status as an actor, he maintained a common touch.

Pennsylvania Democratic U.S. Senate candidate John Fetterman tries to portray himself as a blue collar hero. But despite his ever present hoodie and gym pants, he does not reflect traditional blue collar values when it comes to the life issues.

Fetterman is flagrantly pro-abortion. He is an outspoken advocate of the so-called Women’s Health Protection Act, which would allow abortions up to the moment of birth. He supports having workers’ hard-earned tax dollars pay for abortions. He also opposes any and all limitations to abortion.

Fetterman is the polar opposite of the late Democratic Pennsylvania Governor Robert Casey. Casey was a strong supporter of the little guy—including the little guy in his mother’s womb. A champion of the vulnerable, Casey fought for legal protections for preborn children. He also advocated for funding for the first state-assisted Alternatives to Abortion program.

Fetterman is a fierce proponent for abortion at any time for any reason. He is clearly out of the mainstream when it comes to the issue of the sanctity of innocent human life. No matter how much he touts his “common man” persona, he is radically pro-abortion and out of step with the times.
