WASHINGTON— National Right to Life and Arkansas Right to Life PAC announced their joint endorsement of Sarah Huckabee Sanders for Arkansas Governor.
“Throughout her career, Sarah Huckabee Sanders has demonstrated that she is unapologetically pro-life and unafraid to be a voice for the voiceless,” said Carol Tobias, president of National Right to Life. “Unborn children and their mothers in Arkansas will have a champion in Sarah Huckabee Sanders as Governor.”
During the Trump Administration, Sarah Huckabee Sanders served as White House Press Secretary, a role in which she regularly defended pro-life policies. During her tenure, she was a key voice in the Administration as it issued pro-life executive actions, nominated judges, and supported pro-life legislative efforts in Congress.
If elected, Sarah Huckabee Sanders would make history as the first woman to serve as Governor of Arkansas.
Sarah Huckabee Sanders supports protections for unborn children and their mothers, and she opposes the use of tax dollars to pay for abortions or to subsidize the operations of abortion providers.
“Sarah Huckabee Sanders believes in the sacredness of each and every human life,” said Rose Mimms, executive director of Arkansas Right to Life. “We know Sarah Huckabee Sanders will do everything in her power as governor to keep Arkansas abortion-free and the most pro-life state in the union.”
