On Wednesday,  Right to Life of Northeast Ohio in collaboration with Ohio Right to Life and Citizens for a Pro-life Society held a press conference to announce the discovery of the illegal disposal of an approximately 16 week old dismembered child in the trash container at the Northeast Ohio Women’s Center abortion facility in Cuyahoga Falls.

This violates several Ohio statutes, not to mention violating the dignity of the child. In addition to the child, over a period of several weeks examining the trash at this location, it was found that the trash contained the illegal disposal of hazardous and infectious wastes, including full urine cups, bloody surgical drapes, bloody used suction cannulas, and much more. All of these materials must be disposed of according to specific requirements of the Ohio EPA and local health departments, all of which were ignored.

The trash also contained unredacted personal health information of many of the clinic’s clients, in violation of federal HIPAA laws.

Right to Life of Northeast Ohio, Ohio Right to Life and Citizens for a Pro-life Society are working with the Ohio Attorney General and other regulatory agencies to file charges and fully investigate the egregious disregard for the law and more.

We will keep you updated as the investigation continues. We will also be planning a funeral and a burial of the child once the investigation is completed. We will keep you informed as it progresses.

Thank you for your commitment to the mission of protecting life as our work goes on.

For Life.
