“Every Day is a Second Chance”

West Virginians for Life invites all to gather under pandemic guidelines in the Trinity Assembly of God fellowship hall at 70 Maranatha Drive, Fairmont, WV, on Saturday, October 10, from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. for the Annual West Virginians for Life Convention where the theme will be Every Day is a Second Chance. Doors will open at 9:00.
Rebekah Hagan will be the key presenter. She will share her personal testimony supporting the success of abortion pill reversal (APR) . In addition, presenters include Dr. Wanda Franz, President of West Virginians for Life. Dr. Franz will present on the history of RU-486 (the “Abortion Pill”) and what can be expected in the upcoming legislative session. National Right to Life Political Director Karen Cross, will speak on “The Battle Intensifies.”
During the noon luncheon, the crowd will be addressed by First District Congressman David McKinley and Secretary of State Mac Warner. Other elected officials and candidates will also be introduced or their video clips shown.
The Teen Day Camp is an added feature. Catering to teens, the day camp will provide time for games in addition to the learning.
Attendees will again be treated to short but information-packed presentations with music and pro-life video clips interspersed. Random prize giveaways are also a fun part of the conference.
Lunch is included in the $35 cost. It’s $20 for college students and teens. Childcare is available, provided that request is known in advance.
This is a catered event, so RSVP to WVFL at 304-594-9845. Payment can be made at the door, provided attendees make their plans known.
Masks will be provided, social distance guidelines will be followed, and hand sanitizer will be everywhere. Covid guidelines will be observed.
