Parent’s Right to Know Petitions presented to West Virginia Senate and House leadership at the March 13 Pro-Life Rally in the Capitol
Your West Virginia delegates need to hear from you NOW regarding the Parent’s Right to Know Act, H.B. 2002! The Parent’s Right to Know Act will close a loophole in a 1984 law that allows a second physician to sign off on an underage girl’s abortion circumventing her parents ever finding out about it.
Underage daughters in West Virginia have to have permission from a parent to have their ears pierced or to take an aspirin at school, but not to get an abortion.
Time is of the essence if this bill is to make it out of the House and on to the Senate by CROSSOVER Day, which is next Wednesday!
NOW IS THE TIME TO PLAY A ROLE IN FIXING A BILL THAT FORMERLY NEVERPROTECTED OUR LITTLE GIRLS!!!
