Wednesday’s favorable vote on the District of Columbia Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (H.R. 3803) by the House Judiciary Committee is, of course, important and welcomed news. But the 18-14 vote was only the first step: victory in the full House comes next.
Predictably that triumph stirred up a hornet’s nest. The well-funded pro-abortion machine is gearing up to prevent a victory in the few weeks remaining before the House recesses.
