EMW Abortion Mill Property Remains on the Market

By Right to Life of Louisville

As we shared on social media in late-May, the EMW abortion mill property on Market Street is for sale. EMW has taken the lives of 100,000+ babies over the years (nearly 30 yrs at this location),but hasn’t been performing abortions since the state’s trigger law went into effect in August 2022.

However, as of the date of this newsletter the property has no buyer. The approx. 14,000 sq foot building and parking lot is being marketed by Cushman & Wakefield. The asking price is a cool $3,500,000. That price equates to less than $35 per baby killed by EMW since its inception in 1981.

While we pray this dark chapter in our community’s history is officially over, EMW’s public comments do raise some questions. On its social media accounts, EMW has said “EMW remains open and the business is not for sale.” The EMW website also indicates the business is open and seeing patients. As recently as late-June 2023, EMW stated it “remains committed to ensuring Kentuckians regain the rights they deserve.”

While we don’t know what will become of EMW or its co-founder, Dr. Ernest Marshall, we rejoice knowing babies’ lives are being saved by its inability to perform abortions!
