Yes, the 98th South Dakota Legislative Session (January 10 – March 9) is now ‘almost’ behind us. We still have VETO DAY approaching – Monday, March 27. This is when the Legislature will consider sustaining, or not, those Bills the Governor has chosen to VETO.
The Capitol Lobbyists have a saying they use at the close of each Legislative Session – “Happiness is Pierre in the Rearview Mirror!”
That phrase is used in part because NOW we can turn our attention to other matters of pressing importance ….. and so it is with South Dakota Right to Life!
