As my fingers dance across the computer keyboard to write up the day’s events, I cannot help but smile.
The overturn of Roe has reinvigorated the pro-life movement in the Commonwealth that I call home.
Throughout Pennsylvania, advocates for life are more determined than ever to protect pregnant women and their babies from the harm of abortion.
Our Celebrate Life Banquet featuring Dr. Ben Carson is expected to draw more than a thousand people on Friday. Excitement is high as people across the Keystone State prepare to celebrate the dawn of the post-Roe era.
Our Education Director has been hard at work, reaching out to high school and college students with a message of hope and possibility as she educates about the sanctity of life in the womb.
Meanwhile, impassioned pro-life voters have been calling us, asking for additional materials to educate the public about the candidates’ stands on the life issues.
Far from fatigue, a new energy and enthusiasm is powering the pro-life movement in Pennsylvania. A September march and rally at the Pennsylvania Capitol in Harrisburg attracted more than 5,000 people who were determined to send a clear and convincing life-affirming message to lawmakers.

Despite the challenges that are coming their way, advocates for life in Pennsylvania are engaging in outreach as never before, using every tool at their disposal to champion their noble cause. With heart and with hope, they look forward to the day when every child is welcomed in life and protected in law.
