Indiana Bill To Protect Women and Girls from Coerced Abortions Passes Senate 38-10

House Bill 1217, a bill to protect women from being coerced into an abortion, passed the Indiana Senate yesterday by a 38-10 vote following rancorous opposition on the floor from Senate Democrats. The bill now moves back to the House.
