When television programs or movies that are fair to our Movement come across our radar, National Right to Life wants to make sure our audience of grassroots champions get a heads up.
Enter Nick Loeb’s movie “Roe v Wade: The Real Story You’ve Never Been Told,” a fact-based dramatization of the events that culminated in that dreadful 1973 decision. Two of the key players are abortionist Dr. Bernard Nathanson (who later became a staunch pro-life defender), and Dr. Mildred Jefferson, the first African-American woman to graduate from Harvard Medical School who later served as NRLC president from 1975-1978.
NRLC will be streaming the film beginning March 15 through April 15, 2021 at a discount. If you purchases the film–$12.99 per household—you can watch it anytime between those dates. When “Roe v Wade releases April 26 , the full cost will be $19.99.
The film features a number of well known actors and actresses including Jon Voight, Robert Davi, John Schneider, Corbin Bernsen, and Steve Guttenberg, who all play Supreme Court justices of the era, as well as Stacey Dash, as Dr. Jefferson, and Nick Loeb, who is cast as Dr. Nathanson.
