The Abortion Pill Reversal Notification (APR) bill, Senate Bill 67, has been received by Gov. Kelly for her consideration. She has until April 21 to act on the bill.
APR is Kansans for Life’s top legislative priority this year, and SB 67 passed the Kansas House and Senate with strong bi-partisan majorities.
It is critical that the governor hears from you NOW!
Gov. Kelly considers herself to be “pro-choice,” and “choice” is what APR notification offers–knowledge of a medically proven, lifesaving option for women considering medication abortion.
APR is pro-science, pro-woman, and proven effective. Over 500 babies have been born across the country, thanks to abortion pill reversal!
Seven states have already enacted APR notification laws, and another 4 states (including Kansas) are considering the legislation this year. On the national level, an APR notification bill has just been introduced in Congress.
