March2015FrontcoverEarlier today, we posted the March digital edition of National Right to Life News which, whether in newsprint or on the Internet, remains the “pro-life newspaper of record.”

You can read the issue in its entirety at www.nrlc.org/uploads/NRLNews/

. I hope you do and in the process pass along selected stories—or the entire paper—to your pro-life family and friends. That is absolutely pivotal.

As we always do, over the next week, we will be posting a story each day from the edition to whet your appetite. Today’s article is “NRLC director of medical ethics testifies against Nebraska POLST.”

The March edition begins on page one with the great news that West Virginia became the 11th state to enact the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act. The legislature easily overrode the governor’s veto. Page one also has the sad news of the passing of Dr. Jack Willke, a president of NRLC for ten years, and, along with his wife, Barbara, authors of some of the seminal pro-life books and slides.

NRLC President Carol Tobias lays out the how-tos of growing our Movement. There are many opportunities for you to assist in maintaining and strengthening the Pro-Life Movement, as you see in her article on page three.

We cover, of course, politics. To name just two, we have a story about pro-abortion Hillary Clinton’s rousing reception at EMILY’S List, the pro-abortion Super PAC (page 10). And Andrew Bair reminds of six things not to do when working to elect a pro-life President (page 6).

With state legislatures busily at work, we have a slew of stories. They appear on pages 1, 8-9,13, and 8.

And it’s time to be planning to attend the NRLC convention in New Orleans July 9-11. You can read about the educational conference of the year at page 4. It’s a “must.”

There are additional stories—tons of them—that we will be alluding to in the next couple of days.

But please take time to go to www.nrlc.org/uploads/NRLNews/NRLNewsMarch2015.pdf and dive in.
