Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) refuses to allow pro-life bills to come up for a vote, even while allowing debates and votes on pro-abortion agenda items. One key race where the National Right to Life Victory Fund is working to defeat a pro-abortion incumbent this year is the U.S. Senate seat in Colorado held by Mark Udall. Polls show his race against National Right to Life’s pro-life endorsed candidate, Rep. Cory Gardner (R-Colo.), is a dead heat.
Pro-abortion Democrat Udall has one of the most pro-abortion voting records in all of Congress: His 80 recorded votes on life issues scored by National Right to Life in the years he was a senator or representative do not include a single pro-life vote!
That puts him among the most rabidly pro-abortion candidates anywhere in the country.
It’s no wonder, then, that Udall is hitting the campaign trail today in Colorado with Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards by his side.
Planned Parenthood, by its own count, killed more than 327,000 unborn babies in its abortion clinics around the country in 2012, the last year reports are available. Four of those clinics are in Colorado, where they advertise that they do abortions up to “18 weeks, 6 days.” That same Planned Parenthood is campaigning to send Mark Udall back to the Senate; help us campaign to take him out!
