President Barak Obama’s approval ratings continue to sink to the point where they are “under water” (under 50%) across the board.
To note just a few recent examples:
· In the CNN poll released Monday the disapproval/approval numbers were 52%-45%
· Yesterday NBC/WSJ released its poll, showing 50% disapproval to 45% approval
· Yesterday Fox News found a 14 point deficit: 54%-40%
· Today’s Rasmussen Report gauges the President’s approval/disapproval gap at nine points: 54% to 45%
Perhaps the most significant number on the anniversary of 9/11 is one from Fox News. The poll found that 38% believed the nation is less safe today—5 points higher than the last time the question was asked by Fox News in 2011.
