Jaime Thietten will sing at Prayer Breakfast and Banquet

Very important news for everyone who will be attending National Right to Life 2011 or actively considering coming to the convention in Jacksonville. Florida June 23-25! National Right to Life has been able to extend the deadline for you to receive the special convention per night flat rate of only $159 (up to four in a room!) at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront. You can secure this very reasonable rate through Sunday, May 29.

Please don’t let this deadline slip by.

When you click here, you will be taken directly to the beautiful two-page convention ad that appears in the April/May issue of National Right to Life News. Let me alert you to just a handful of the tremendous opportunities this three-day educational bonanza provides.

Fred Barnes is our Thursday morning Opening Session speaker. Mr. Barnes is the editor the Weekly Standard, a contributor to Fox News, and someone who has been a great favorite at prior conventions. If you want to catch up on the latest political news, you won’t want to miss Mr. Barnes.

Following lunch, attendees will enjoy a General Session titled, “Planned Parenthood:  The Hyper-Political, Under-Regulated, Out-Of-Control Mega-Marketer of Abortion” featuring Abby Johnson Dr. Randall K. O’Bannon, Mary Balch, J.D., and others.

Jaime Thietten will sing both at the Friday morning Prayer Breakfast and the Saturday evening closing Banquet. Mrs. Thietten was a tremendous success last year in Pittsburgh, so much so that it was inevitable that she would be invited back again.

If you go to you can listen to Jaime’s hauntingly beautiful song, “My Chance.”

Joining Jaime at the Prayer Breakfast is Melissa Ohden, an abortion survivor. You will find her story both riveting and tremendously inspiring. You can read about Melissa at

On Friday morning, you’ll have the opportunity to attend a Presidential Candidates Forum. As you know from reading National Right to Life News Today, possible candidates are making decisions NOW.

Michael Clancy, known to pro-lifers around the world for his famous photo of “Baby Samuel,” will be the Banquet speaker. Clancy took that historic photo of Samuel Armas during the time surgeons were performing in utero surgery on the boy. The 1999 photo shows Samuel, who was not delivered for almost four more months, grasping the finger of the surgeon at Vanderbilt University.

And you will also have a chance to meet Carol Tobias, National Right to Life’s new President. Carol is a veteran pro-lifer with a long history of local, state, and national involvement.
