Pro-abortionists see “unprecedented level of aggressive movement of anti-abortion bills”

I’ve written almost every day for several weeks about the progress pro-lifers have made in promoting—and passing—NRLC’s model bill, the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act. But these opening sentences from a story in yesterday’s Kansas City Star brilliantly caught the momentum.

Under the headline, “More fetal-pain abortion bans are advancing in other states,” Brad Cooper writes,

“Kansas joined an exclusive club when it became only the second state to ban late-term abortions because of fetal pain. But not for long. The Idaho governor signed a similar bill Thursday, and more like it are advancing in Oklahoma and a dozen other states.”

So what does this mean? Well, it’s actually part of a larger tapestry. “I think we’re seeing an unprecedented level of aggressive movement of anti-abortion bills,” Rachel Sussman, senior policy analyst for the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, told Cooper The story then goes on to talk about some, but not all of the ingenious ways, our Movement is hemming the anti-life forces.
